- Visit the Web App URL in your browser to activate it. Paste the URL into the dashboard settings sidebar.
- Add a test student — verify it appears in the spreadsheet. *If it doesn't work, stop everything and debug.*
- Test every dashboard feature: add 2 students, 2 partners, edit one, delete one, toggle Zoom confirm.
- Open browser console (F12) — confirm sync messages show "success" not errors.
