Your Step-by-Step Launch Blueprint

This is the interactive web page version of your launch strategy playbook. Use this dashboard during your daily morning focus blocks (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM M-F) to review templates, copy marketing text, and track your progress through the launch phases. Keep it moving.

Phase 1: Setup & Assets

Target Date: Wednesday, May 27

Step 1
  • Verify Web Pages: Test layouts locally on your computer to make sure the pages render correctly:
  • Export PDF Bundle: Open cheat_sheet_bundle.html in your browser. Press Ctrl + P, select "Save as PDF", and save the complete bundle to your computer.
  • Upload to Google Drive: Upload the PDF to Google Drive. Change file sharing to "Anyone with the link can view", copy the link, and save it on your phone notes for easy copy-paste.
  • Prepare Lead Tracker: Open lead_tracker.html. Wipe out any old test data in localStorage so that you are good to go with a fresh pipeline.

Phase 2: Organic Traffic

Target Date: Thursday, May 28

Step 2
  • Target Facebook & Nextdoor: Identify local community groups, church groups, buy/sell forums, and neighborhood networks.
  • Publish Hand-Raiser Post: Post the organic teaser text. Crucially, **do not post the link in the main description**. Ask people to comment or text you. This drives up post visibility.

Phase 3: The Conversation & The Upsell

Step 3
  • Track Leads: Every time someone comments or text messages you, log their name and info immediately in lead_tracker.html.

Phase 4: Pitching the Live Class

Step 4
  • Contact Warm Leads: Message all leads logged in your tracker who downloaded the free sheet but haven't signed up for the class.
  • Send Live Class Offer: Frame it as a hands-on, zero-stress interactive Zoom class where they practice with you.

Phase 5: Class Day Execution

Target Date: Saturday, June 6

Step 5
  • Run Tech Setup (10:00 AM): Boot Zoom, test mic, and verify webcam. Have files open for screen share.
  • Call Registered Students (10:45 AM): Call students 15 minutes before the start time to personally help them click the link and check their audio.
  • Deliver Class (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM): Run the training slowly in plain English. No high-tech jargon.
  • Send Post-Class thank-you texts (1:30 PM): Use template steps from post_class.html to send thank-you texts and Pitch Class 2 (Canva) on Sunday.
