How It Works

- You fill out the TWC application. I'll help you complete it. Takes about 10 minutes.
- TWC reviews and approves your training plan. Training is delivered by Texas State Technical College (TSTC) at any of their 11 campuses or online.
- Your employees train during work hours. TSTC delivers the curriculum. The state pays up to $2,000 per person.

This is different from training. I deploy and manage an AI Employee that books appointments, follows up with leads, and creates content around the clock. No state funding involved. Just results.
Bottom line: Use the TWC program for foundational workforce skills through TSTC. Come to me for AI training or an AI Employee your team can use Monday morning. Both options available. No conflict, just coverage.

The Texas Workforce Commission's Skills for Success program allocates funds from the Skills Development Fund to help private employers upskill their workforce.
