The Challenge
Warehousing, trucking, and customer service roles are being automated at record speed. Displaced workers in the DFW Southern Sector need practical skills — not theory.
Most “learn AI” programs are too generic or too expensive. This program is different: it’s grant-funded through Dallas College, completely focused on your industry, and designed to deliver immediate results in resume optimization, side hustles, and reskilling.

The Partnership
We’re leveraging Dallas College’s new workforce development grant to deliver this training at little to no cost to eligible participants.
This isn’t a generic online course. It’s community-rooted, industry-specific, and built by HiTek Tech — the same team running AI Employee pilots and digital equity programs across DeSoto, Oak Cliff, and the Southern Sector.
